    Hydrogen gas is considered as a clean fuel and energy carrier that its storage for future uses is a challenging issue. One of the methods to store it, is adsorption on a group of adsorbents called metal-organic frameworks. In this research, one of these frameworks called ZIF-8, has been selected to study hydrogen storage capability.     In this study, nano-powders of copper-cobalt spinel (CuCo2O4) were fabricated by solution combustion synthesis (SCS) of Cu and Co nitrates with urea, glycine,acid citric and alanine. The method involved exothermic decomposition of viscous liquid nitrates and the fuel. Products which were synthesized by using this fuels contained less impurity constituents. Duo to low purity, other factors which have influence on synthesis process investigated and observed that pH have key role on process.     Methicillin resistance Staphylococcus aureus bacteria (MRSA) are serious hazards of bone implants. The present study was aimed to use the potential synergistic effects of Melittin and tetracycline to prevent MRSA associated bone implant infection. Chitosan/bioactive glass nanoparticles/tetracycline composite coatings were deposited on hydrothermally etched titanium substrate.     Platinum nanotubes (PtNTs) are fabricated by potentiostatic electrodeposition at various overpotentials (−200 up to −400 mV versus SCE) in polycarbonate templates (PCTs) with pore diameter of 200 nm in a solution containing 5 mM H2PtCl6 and 0.1 M H2SO4.     Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) of less than 50 nm diameter were electrodeposited from cyanide solution by pulsating electric current on modified copper and indium tin oxide (ITO) films coated on glass. Morphology, size, and composition of the deposited AuNPs were studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, and field emission scanning electron microscopy. Effects of peak current density, pulse frequency, potassium iodide and cysteine on grain size, and morphology of the AuNPs were determined.     The gas nanosensor of indium oxide nanowires in laser assisted approach, doped with tin and zinc for gas sensing and 1D growth purposes respectively, was reported. The nanowires were very sensitive to H2S gas in low concentration of 20 ppb gas at room temperature.
