  8. Environmental management with emphasis on protecting environment is today one of the most important problems for customers, governments, employees and competitors, and international and global pressures has required organizations to produce environmentally consistent products and services. This challenge has resulted in emergence of a new concept namely green supply change management in the realm of business which is a combination of environmental thinking and supply chain, which will be followed by competitive advantages for firms. This approach has widely attracted the attention of industries, governments and institutions relevant to environment. The aim of this study is to identify main indices of green supply chain management and to represent a relevant framework to evaluate and compare the extend of industries being green, specially industries with high consumption. At the first stage of this study, the elements of supply green change management have been extracted through studying literatures and acquiring experts’ ideas (including 8 dimensions: green supplier and purchase, green design and packaging, green production, green distribution and marketing, reverse logistic, environmental management, education, investigation and government, rules and advertisements and 32 indices) and were considered as a base to prepare questionnaire. At the nest stage, extracted elements will be prioritized through fuzzy hierarchical analysis and acquiring ideas from food industry experts. The effective and impressionable factors were also identified through experts’ ideas and by Dematel method. Finally through fuzzy TOPSIS method, three companies in food industry were evaluated including Mimas, Pak and Pegah. At the end we tried to present solutions and result analysis
