    This study was conducted to investigate the utility and efficacy of finger photoplethysmogram pulse amplitude (PPG-AC) in comparison with the standard Doppler ultrasound in assessing an endothelial function via flow-mediated dilation (FMD). High-resolution B-mode scanning of the right brachial artery (BA) of 31 healthy subjects aged 39.7 ± 11.3 (range 22-64) years and 52 risk subjects aged 47.7 ± 10.8 (range 30-65) years were performed before and after 4 min of upper arm occlusion.     Every year many people suffer from knee injuries. Previous studies on patients with knee injuries have shown that about 40% of knee injuries are Ligament injuries, and about 50% of the ligament injuries are the Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injuries. Along with other methods, knee arthrometers are widely used to diagnose ACL injuries. In the current research, a knee arthrometer was designed and developed to provide a reliable and repeatable measurement of knee laxity under anteriorposterior applied loads.     This paper aims to propose a high-speed and accurate fully-automated method to detect COVID-19 from the patient's chest CT scan images. We introduce a new dataset that contains 48,260 CT scan images from 282 normal persons and 15,589 images from 95 patients with COVID-19 infections.     The aims of this study were to culturally adapt and validate the Persian version of Foot and Ankle Outcome Score (FAOS) and present data on its psychometric properties for patients with different foot and ankle problems. The Persian version of FAOS was developed after a standard forward-backward translation and cultural adaptation process.
