  7. Abstract:
  8. The research of this work was divided into two parts. First, A novel fuorescence sensor based on fluorescence resonance energy transfer for the determination of captopril was developed. FITC molecules that are highly fluorescent in alkaline solution fluoresce weakly when they are adsorbed onto AuNP surfaces (based on affinity of AuNPs and isothiocyanate group on FITC) as a result of fluorescence resonance energy transfer. In the presence of captopril, FITC molecules are released from the AuNP surface in order to stronger affinity to AuNPs surface than FITC molecule (in order to thiol group in captopril) so the florescence intensity of FITC restore. This phenomenon was used for quantitative determination of captopril in blood plasma. Calibration graph showed good linearity in the concentration range of 20–500 µmL−1 of Captopril and regression coefficient of 0.987 is obtained.
Second, comparison between antioxidant activity of Iranian teas and other teas using generation and growth of metallic nanoparticles, natural anti oxidant compounds can act for the generation of metallic nanoparticles. We can compare antioxidant activity of different kind of teas with comparison of metallic nanoparticles absorbance. Similar results obtained from comparison of antioxidant activity by gold and silver nanoparticles verified The accuracy of this method
