  7. Abstract:
  8. The the nervous system as a most comlicated body system , plays an important and vital role for the body systems. damage to the peripheral nervous system result in nervous system disorders which claissified to Neuropraxia, Axonotmesis and Neurotmesis based on damage itensity. tissue engineering considered as one of the repairing nervous damage way, which by creating 3D substrat (scaffold) with proper physical structure, increses possibility of adhesion, growth and proliferation of cells to increase regeneration rate of damaged nerve. in this study, a combination of dual-electrospinning and rolling the spun film used to preparate a nerve guidance conduit (NGC) based on gelatin, PCL and conductive PANI/Graphen (PAG) nanoparticle, and FTIR, SEM, Tensile properties, Contact angle, conductivity and biodegradation analyzes used to evaluated physical properties of scaffolds. Finally, by preparation of multi-lumen NGC, mechanical properties and surface morphology of prepared NGC were evaluated. The results of the tests indicated that the presence of gelatin in the PCL enhance the mechanical properties of fiber formation and the contact angle of scaffold. Also the presence of PAG influenced the fibers diameter and tensile strength of electrospune scaffolds, decrease and increase respectively. Taken together these results suggest that combination used in this study provide novel conductive NGC that well suited NGC for pripheral nerve damage regeneration
