  7. Abstract:
  8. An event must be modeled in a way that either reflects a comprehensive perspective for the event or acts in an especial part of that event, roperly. The main aim of this thesis is to control. Therefore the models will be accepted whenever the suggested mathematical models can move towards controller final target, desirably. This thesis proposes a linear mathematical model, five nonlinear models and a simple model based upon Convolution, Fuzzy Regression and Neural Networks techniques for Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), respectively. The proposed models were achieved through studying 300 HIV+ Patients who were under Highly Active Antiretroviral Therapy (HAART) approach in Iranian Research Center for HIV/AIDS (IRCHA) located at Imam Khomeini Hospital, Iran. There have been suggested numerous models for AIDS during the recent years which most of them are free from inputs. In the other hand foreign element's behavior has not considered for such models.Mostly, Viral Load and/or CD4 has been observed for them, while proposed models of the thesis could benefit from inputs which are in fact dose rates and their outputs are amounts of CD4 within AIDS suffered patients' blood.Although most of the recent studies are relied on recedent models, real data have been used in this thesis. Achieved mathematical models were applied to train controller of the current thesis, it is worth to say that the proposed controller of the thesis is based on Neural Networks and controller's output suggests a certain pharmaceutical group according to HAART treatment approach
