    Abstract
    The use of touchscreen devices become a part of people daily life. Finger is used to communicate with such devices. This paper investigated the interaction between human finger and touch screen devices. A series of experiments was performed to investigate the participants' finger functionality when they press their finger on a touch screen device. The study was concluded that the pain threshold is higher than normal pressing force but for repetitive pressing the level of pain threshold will decrease. © 2019 IEEE

    Abstract
    Automatic cell segmentation has various applications in different parts of science. The development of automated methods for cell segmentation, remains challenging in situations where there are touching cells. In this paper we propose a new method for separating touching cells. As the first step, we use a combination of graph segmentation algorithm and thresholding for segmenting foreground objects and producing a binary image. Next, boundary points of separation zone are selected by using a corner detection algorithm. Finally, the marker controller watershed transform is applied to separate touching cells at selected points. © 2008 IEEE

    Nowadays, handheld devices such as smartphones provide users with multi-touch input screens. Displaying interactive and touch-enabled 3D environments in such handheld devices has become popular in different applications like games or virtual reality.     Magnetic field generated by neuronal activity could alter magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) signals but detection of such signal is under debate. Previous researches proposed that magnitude signal change is below current detectable level, but phase signal change (PSC) may be measurable with current MRI systems.
