    Time domain analysis of graphene nanoribbon interconnects based on transmission line model

    Abstract
    Time domain analysis of multilayer graphene nano ribbon (MLGNR) interconnects, based on transmission line modeling (TLM) using a six-order linear parametric expression, has been presented for the first time. We have studied the effects of interconnect geometry along with its contact resistance on its step response and Nyquist stability. It is shown that by increasing interconnects dimensions their propagation delays are increased and accordingly the system becomes relatively more stable. In addition, we have compared time responses and Nyquist stabilities of MLGNR and SWCNT bundle interconnects, with the same external dimensions.     Abstract
    We present a Nyquist stability criterion based on transmission line modeling for graphene nanoribbon (GNR) interconnects. This is the first instance that such an analysis has been presented for GNR, so far. In this analysis, the dependence of the degree of relative stability for multilayer GNR (MLGNR) interconnects on the geometry of each ribbon has been acquired.     Abstract
    In this paper we examine demodulation methods for nonuniform Pulse Position Modulation (PPM), which is generated by the crossings of a modulating signal with a sawtooth wave. Here, we are interested in PPM at the Nyquist rate and illustrate the efficiency of the iterative methods. Several iterative methods such as Wiley/Marvasti, Time-varying, adaptive weight, Zero-order-hold, Voronoi, linear interpolation algorithms are discussed, where the PPM demodulation is converted as a nonuniform sampling reconstruction problem. Also another approach called the inverse system approach is introduced and the performance of the two algorithms is assessed. © Springer-Verlag 2004

    In this paper a time-domain response and Nyquist stability criterion to acquire dependence of degree of crosstalk relative stability based on transmission lines modeling (TLM) is investigated for coupled multilayer graphene nanoribbon (MLGNR) interconnects. This is the first instance that such an analysis has been presented for coupled MLGNR consisting of both capacitive and mutual-inductive couplings.     Based on the transmission line model (TLM), we present an exact and general transfer function formula, useful for both single multiwall carbon nanotube (MWCNT) and MWCNT bundle interconnects. Using the standard parameters for 22-nm technology node we perform the Nyquist stability analysis, to investigate the dependence of the degree of relative stability for both single and bundle interconnects on the number of walls in each MWCNT its geometry and also on the bundle geometry.     This article focuses on analyzing the aliasing artifact in millimeter-wave imaging systems, with a special focus on multistatic arrays. The current framework to analyze the behavior of multistatic structures is based on the effective aperture concept. Based on this framework, an equivalent monostatic array, approximating the position of each transmitter-receiver pair by its midpoint, is used to quantify the response and efficiency of the system.     L-Ascorbate anion electro-oxidation on a silver electrode in hydroxide solution in the absence and presence of sodium polysulfide of concentrations from 1 × 10 -5 to 4.5 × 10 -4 mol/L was studied using cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Both hydroxide and polysulfide ions inhibited L-ascorbate ion oxidation, with the poisoning effect of polysulfide ion being more pronounced in the potential range of -0.3 to -0.2 V/SCE.     Electro-oxidation of methanol on Ni in NaOH solutions with the alkali concentration in the range of 0.05-0.5 M and in the presence of 0.5 M Na 2SO4 supporting electrolyte is studied. All the mentioned species compete for adsorption on Ni and OH- is essential for the electro-oxidation process. The electro-oxidation seems to proceed through the electro-chemical reactions of adsorbed methanol and hydroxide species and the removal of the resulting intermediate by adsorbed hydroxyl groups.
