    Production and oscillation of sonoluminescence bubbles by laser pulse in the presence of acoustic field in water and different concentrations of sulfuric acid are investigated. In the presence of acoustic field, the laser causes variable speed of sound, surface tension and density; and the host liquid acts as a compressible one and strongly affects the bubble's dynamics equations. The effect of various concentrations of sulfuric acid as a host liquid on the oscillation of bubble radius, bubble wall velocity and bubble interior temperature is studied.     In this work, phosphorus-31 and aluminum-27 nuclear magnetic resonance techniques were used to characterize the distribution of soluble aluminophosphate species in methanol + water and ethanol + water mixtures. The assignment of the peaks to alu-minate species was attempted, clarifying earlier work and producing information on the different aluminophosphate complexes. Nine peaks were observed at -0.41, -6.4, -7.5, -7.9, -13.1, -13.9, -16.6, -18.1 and -20.6 ppm.     In this paper we address the problem of image interpolation using Gaussian Mixture Models (GMM) as a prior. Previous methods of image restoration with GMM have not considered spatial (geometric) distance between patches in clustering, failing to fully exploit the coherency of nearby patches. The GMM framework in our method for image interpolation is based on the assumption that the accumulation of similar patches in a neighborhood are derived from a multivariate Gaussian probability distribution with a specific covariance and mean.     Mixture of sandy soil and bentonite clay can be used to seal the sanitary landfills and prevent the spread of leachate. Over time, this mixture may be subjected to different landfill contaminants, including acidic pollutants and shear strength variations. The objective of this research was to study the effects of sulphuric acid pollutant with pH values of 7, 3 and 1 on the shear behaviour and strength of clean sand and sand mixed with bentonite clay using common consolidated undrained triaxial tests.     Single cell gel electrophoresis was used to observe the effect of bifenthrin and chlorpyrifos on Labeo rohita. The present work was planned to study the genotoxic effect of pesticide mixture on the major indian carp, L. rohita at sub-lethal concentration 33% LC50. First of all, 96-hr LC50 was determined for L. rohita, then fish was given sub-lethal environment for 70 days. Erythrocytes from blood were taken after each fortnight for the assessment of time dependent DNA damage (% damage), aggregate tail length of comets and genomic destruction.     In this paper, a novel approach for performing blind source separation (BSS) in nonlinear mixtures is proposed, and their separability is studied. It is shown that this problem can be solved under a few assumptions, which are satisfied in most practical applications. The main idea can be considered as transforming a time-invariant nonlinear BSS problem to local linear ones varying along the time, using the derivatives of both sources and observations.
