    Abstract
    NoC is an efficient on-chip communication architecture for SoC architectures. It enables integration of a large number of computational and storage blocks on a single chip. NoCs have tackled the SoCs disadvantages and are scalable. In this paper, we compare two popular NoC topologies, i.e., mesh and torus, in terms of different figures of merit e.g., latency, power consumption, and power/throughput ratio under different routing algorithms and two common traffic models, uniform and hotspot.     The taping mode Atomic Force Microscopic (T-AFM) can be properly described by a sinusoidal excitation of its base and nonlinear potential interaction with sample. Thus the cantilever may cause chaotic behavior which decreases the performance of the sample topography. In this paper a nonlinear delayed feedback control.is proposed to control.chaos in a single mode approximation of a T-AFM system. Assuming model parameters uncertainties, the first order Unstable Periodic Orbits (UPOs) of the system is stabilized using the sliding nonlinear delayed feedback control. The effectiveness of the presented methods is numerically verified and the results show the high performance of the control.er

    Table forms are highly flexible and mobile form systems for beams and slabs. In this system, the components with standard dimensions are fabricated in production plants, transported to construction sites and assembled for final use. Then, based on the plan of the floor zone to be constructed and location of columns, beams, and openings, the assembled tables are placed next to each other and the gaps are covered to provide a perfect surface for concrete casting.     A significant part of torsional effects in buildings is due to disregarding the arrangement of infill walls during the design. This is a challenging issue since on the one hand the structural engineers do not usually consider infill walls in modeling a structure, while on the other hand the architects do not pay attention to the seismic behavior of infill walls during architectural design.     Asynchronous circuits have many advantages vs synchronous design styles like high performance and lower power consumption; however, there is a drawback of big overhead in handshake circuitry of these circuits.     Abstract
    The principle, configuration, and the special features of a stable platform digital controller are presented in this paper. The main goal of this paper is replacing an analog controller with its awaiting digital one. This has been done using TMS320LF2402 digital signal processor which offers the enhanced TMS320 DSP architectural design of the C2xx core CPU for low-cost, low-power, and high-performance processing capabilities. The experimental results show that the digital controller is identical to the analog one and can be a suitable replacement for the analog controller.     Experimental investigation of new designs of wind towers

    Abstract
    Two new designs of wind towers were tested side by side with a conventional wind tower in the city of Yazd, Iran. All the towers were of identical dimensions. The two new designs were one with wetted column, consisting of wetted curtains hung in the tower column, and the other one with wetted surfaces, consisting of wetted evaporative cooling pads mounted at its entrance. The air temperature leaving the wind towers with evaporative cooling provisions were much lower than the air temperature leaving the conventional design, and its relative humidity much higher.     Abstract
    This paper presents a simulation-based study of the stuck-open fault testing in CMOS logic circuits. A novel built-in self-test (BIST) technique is presented for detecting stuck-open faults in these logic families. This scheme does not need test-pattern generation, and thus can be used for robust on-line testing. Simulation results for area, delay, and power overheads are presented. © 2007 IEEE

    The yearly thermo-economic performance is dynamically investigated for three solar heating and cooling systems: solar heating and absorption cooling (SHAC), solar heating and ejector cooling (SHEC), and heating and solar vapor compression cooling (HSVC). First, the effects of important design parameters on the thermo-economic performance of the systems to supply the heating and cooling loads of the building are evaluated.
